Melt away all stress and worry in the luxurious setting of Kingsland Barn in the Oxfordshire countryside and invite in some internal reflection and deep relaxation.
Our retreat we will include energy exercises to balance and align the chakras, meditation, reiki, Qi Gong, Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing, Fire Ritual and more. Our intention is that you have a day to relax, go within, and leave feeling balanced, invigorated, inspired and whole.
A vegetarian lunch, snacks, teas, and fruit are all included in the price.
