Autumn Equinox Cacao & Mantra Circle
Honouring the changing of the season that brings a chance to start again, we will open and align with our hearts in this blissful, ceremonial fusion of cacao, mantra and sound. Autumn Equinox is the time to go within, to seed our intentions and ideas ready for them to emerge in the spring changed, transformed and strengthened. Sound and Cacao are beautiful partners, assisting us to transition from our chattering minds to a place of stillness and peace within, creating the perfect place to listen to our intuition and inner knowing and to be clear on what it is we would like to plant.
Cacao - called 'Food of the Gods' by the ancient Mayans and Aztecs - has been used ceremonially for many years to commune with spirit. We can similarly work with this powerful plant medicine to reconnect with our intuition, awareness and inner guidance.
Combining this with sacred mantra, we will use a unique healing tool - our own voices - to join together and lift ourselves into the vibration of love. We will work with simple mantras from different traditions to co-create a deep but gentle space for healing and releasing energetic and emotional blockages.
The ceremony will end with an immersive sound journey, bathing you in the healing frequencies of gentle gongs, crystal bowls and the voice.
For the best possible experience:
Bring your open heart and leave your mind at the door!.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket if you want to be extra cosy.
Bring a water bottle to rehydrate after the session.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine and recreational drugs on the day of the ceremony. Avoid heavy meals and animal products 2 hours prior.
CACAO:
Our ceremonial grade raw cacao has been grown and processed with love in the magical land of Guatemala.
Please note: Cacao contains ‘theobromine’ which can be similar in effect to caffeine. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine do get in touch and we can decide what serving would be best for you.
