I am running this course if I have a minimum of 10 participants.
If you sign up through Billeto you will be added to my course manually with the email address you used to sign up.
If a minimum of 10 people sign up I will start a new drawing course on the 1st October. We will be drawing plants, animals and an autumn landscape along an autumn theme in colour pencils.
The course will be a combination of a minimum of 10 pre-recorded videos and four live sessions (between Oct and Dec 2022) in which we will draw together. You will learn the basics of drawing in colour pencils (layering, sharing, building up colour, blending). I will also cover how to combine colour pencils with other art materials.
After the course has ended you will keep 12 months access to all content, including the recorded live sessions.
In this autumn drawing course you will learn all the basics of how to draw in colour pencils and develop your practice from there. We will be drawing plants, animals and landscapes based on an autumn theme. We will also explore how to combine colour pencil with other mediums.
The course is a combination of at least 10 pre-recorded sessions and four live sessions in which we will draw together. In the live sessions you will have the opportunity to ask loads of questions and they will also be available to watch back for the rest of the year.
The classes will all be released between the 1st October 2022 and 1st December 2022 and you will keep access to all course materials and video's for an entire year.
THE MATERIALS You will need are:
- Drawing paper
- a set of colour pencils
- a sharpener
- a sketch pencil and eraser
- In the course I will also cover some additional materials that you can join in with but they are optional such as: using colour pencils on black/colour paper, blending mediums, a craft knife to make highlight, combining colour pencils with alcohol marker, watercolour pencils.
I will use Bockingford hot pressed drawing paper and Faber Castell Polychromos pencils (I have the full set of 120 pencils but you do not need that many colours).
The course cost only £93 and includes:
- -four 2 hour long live sessions (worth £60)
- -10 pre recorded classes (worth £75)
- -access to the creative community group
- -personalised feedback from me when you share your artwork in the community
- You will learn how to start your colour pencil drawing practice
- how to level up your drawings and make them more realistic
- and at the end of the course you will have a portfolio of work in a specific cozy autumn theme.
