Inspired by the positive attributes of a plant-based diet, Essence Cuisine will be hosting an exclusive event in collaboration with nutritional therapist Jodie Abrahams.

A workshop that gets under the skin: when you’ve tried almost every product you can find in your favourite beauty retailer, it’s worth looking at the internal factors that influence your skin health.

At some point, most of us have had issues with our skin - whether it's sensitivity, eczema, dryness or acne. While the skincare and cosmetics industries would like us to believe that what you put on your skin holds the answers to all your problems, the health of your skin goes much deeper. What you eat and drink and how you absorb it plays a central role in surface appearances.

During the evening nutritional therapist Jodie Abrahams will discuss plant-based foods that can help to build a better skin picture. You will gain an understanding of the key nutrients involved in skin health and how to include them in your diet. You will also leave with tips that you can embed in your day-to-day routine to help your skin stay clear and glowing.

To ensure all attendees get the most out of the evening, there will be time for a Q&A session to ask any specific questions you might have and the session will be limited to 20 people.
