ASHTON LANE HIT THE ROAD! (UK & EUROPE TOUR)

2017 was an exciting year for husband and wife UK country duo Ashton Lane. Not only did their Christmas EP, ‘Winter Star’ rack up an iTunes Country album chart Number 2 but it followed hot on the heels of landing their first iTunes Country Number 1 single with ‘Breathe You In’ (released October 27th). This single was Ashton Lane’s first commercial release.

Last summer saw the band take to the Hard Rock Cafe stage at Isle of Wight festival as well as headlining, with their full band, at the Sunday night of Millport Country Music Festival (following on from The Shires on the Saturday).
2017 also saw Ashton Lane tour mainland Europe twice - gigging in Germany, Austria and Denmark. As their popularity on the European live circuit continues to grow, a furtherEuropean tour is now fixed for Spring 2018 including a run of shows and festivals in the UK. Ashton Lane will hit the road for three months in February. Check out the website for tour dates: www.ashtonlaneofficial.com/tour

Ashton Lane are currently in the middle of writing and recording a brand-new album due for release in September 2018. The success of ‘Breathe You In’ and ‘Winter Star’ on the Country iTunes singles and album charts is a sign of exciting things to come for this talented Scottish outfit. They continue to preview songs from their forthcoming album via their hugely popular 'Kitchen Sessions" where they perform their songs live on Youtube (approaching 2.5 million views and counting). They are also keeping their fans up to date on the song-writing and recording process of their new album, via their own exclusive direct to fan App created by Gigrev.

Proving to be a band continually ahead of the curve, Ashton Lane continue to build a loyal and enthusiastic fanbase in the emerging UK country scene. They’ve already sold well in excess of 25,000 albums independently and they are steadily solidifying their position as one of the main UK Country acts to watch out for in 2018.
