Alston Town Hall, Town Hall, CA9 3RF Alston

UK Country band Ashton Lane perform live at this fantastic venue in the heart of the Pennines.

2017 has been a fantastic year for husband and wife UK country duo Ashton Lane seeing them secure a number 2 position in the Country iTunes album charts with the release of their brand new 4 track EP ‘Winter Star’. This follows hot on the heels of recently landing their first iTunes country number 1 single with Breathe You In released (October 27th).

Summer 2017 saw the band take to the Hard Rock Cafe stage at Isle of Wight festival and headlining, with their full band, the Sunday night at Millport Country Festival (following on from The Shires on the Saturday). The band are currently enjoying their second European tour of 2017, A 3 week run in Germany and Austria, as their popularity on the European live circuit continues to grow. A further European tour is now fixed for Spring 2018 alongside a run of shows and festivals in the UK.

Ashton Lane are in the middle of writing and recording a brand new album due for release in September 2018. The success of ‘Breathe You In’ and ‘Winter Star’ on the Country iTunes singles and album charts is a sign of exciting things to come for this talented Scottish outfit.

They continue to preview songs from their forthcoming album via their hugely popular 'Kitchen Sessions" where they perform their songs live on Youtube (approaching 2.5 million views and counting). They are also keeping their fans up to date on the song-writing and recording process of their new album, via their own exclusive direct to fan App created by Gigrev.

Ashton Lane are proving to be a band continually ahead of the curve and are building a loyal and enthusiastic fanbase in the emerging UK country scene. They’ve already sold well in excess of 20,000 albums independently and they are steadily solidifying their position as one of the main UK Country acts to watch out for in 2018.
