Vicky is an experienced teaching Artist and Health and Wellbeing Coach who has been delivering community Art classes for a number of years. In this one to one call, find out how she can help you meet your goals and to support you to make.possitive changes. In this free call she will discuss how exploring the therapeutic benefits of art can help you work on your wellbeing goals.

Art Coaching sessions can help spark creativity, help you gain confidence and promote emotional well-being. No matter what stage of your art journey you are on. Beginners or those with minimal experience are very welcome as well as those more confident artists.
