Seda Ferah Samji was born in Istanbul, grew up in Antalya and has lived in London since 1997. Her initial career was in business management in Turkey and then early childhood education in London.
After suffering from lower back pain, and to balance her lifestyle, Seda took up yoga and Pilates. The positive effects were astounding, leading Seda to train in both professionally.
Seda has undertaken 800 hours of mat-Pilates and yoga master practice instructor training and has gone on to study Ayurveda, Holistic Counselling, ICF Coaching, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Theta Healing, Ho'oponopono, Regression, Sufism, Merkaba, Kabbalah, Enneagram, Phytotherapy, Aromatherapy, Astrology and Neuroscience Training.
Seda’s mission is to help her clients’ mental and physical well-being through personal development and change, mindfulness and transformation training as well as yoga and Pilates.
