Ammanford Kids Santa Race is back in 2017 and BIGGER and BETTER than last year!

Online registration is now closed - we still have some tickets available on the day on a first come first served basis. These are priced at £10 per ticket.
Registration Opens at 8am on 17/12/17.
Last year was such a success we thought we would do it all over again!
The race starts in Ammanford park, heads down Tir y Dail lane, and back down Talbot Road into and then around the park to the BIG Santa FINISH Line.
Every child finisher will get a Medal and a goody bag fllled with lots of treats and vouchers to use at local outlets in the area.

We will have a bouncy castle for after the race also Bacon butties, teas & coffees will be available.
We will be holding a raffle on the day with lots of prizes donated from local business's.
This is a great event to get your child off the Ipad and
into some fresh air with their friends and have FUN!
Get them to feel PROUD and they have achieved something!
What ever your level of fitness - YOU CAN DO THIS RACE!!!!
All entrants MUST wear Christmas themed outfit or Christmas Jumper!
we have 300 places this year with the first 50 places with an earlybird price of £5 after these have sold out all tickets will be £7.50, when all the tickets have sold we cannot except any more entries, so please dont delay book your places NOW
The Race is being organised by Polly Powell owner of Race Arches Uk.
This year the race is being organised to raise funds for buying Defibrillators for Ammanford Town Centre.

**UPDATE**
Josh Griffiths local Marathon runner will be starting the race with the children!
To enter your child they MUST be 11yrs and under. (no minimum age)
All children MUST be accompanied to the event by an adult - adults can accompany the children in the race FREE of charge if they wish. Buggies can be pushed around free of charge but will not receive medals unless the child pushed is entered.
All entrants will receive a race number on the day - you MUST display this on your front to get your finishers Medal & GoodY bag.
There is no minimum age for the race - if your child wants to receive a medal and goodY bag they MUST be entered - there is a Maximum capacity of 300 children.
Race Starts at 9.15 prompt - please arrive in plenty of time to get your Race Number from registration, located inside the park.
The Warm up will be starting at 9am.
You MUST bring your e-ticket / print out with you to registration - without it your child will NOT be able to race.
Parking
Pay & display car parking is available locally either at the park, or opposite Wilkinsons, or at the top of town opposite Co-Op.
Toilets
Toilets are located in the corner of the park.
(The roads will be closed by local police officers and marshalls for the race but please be aware of your surroundings while on the course.)
All marshalls are volunteeers so please be curteous at all times.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
