Alice Staple trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 1999 and has travelled and cooked her way around Italy since. It was here that she learned the importance of seasonality, the quality of the produce and the strength of flavours both of these provide.
Sourcing at farmer’s markets and focusing on seasonal ingredients, her organic, rustic presentation reflects and pays homage to the origins of the ingredients she chooses.

I have not received my Alice's Kitchen ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Alice's Kitchen tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Alice's Kitchen tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Alice's Kitchen ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
