This episode we will talk to Natalie Graeme — Co-Founder of Uncommon — a creative studio building brands that people in the real world actually wish existed. The studio has become Europe’s fastest growing start-up in advertising history with a team of around 180 people and a range of global and local brand partners including ITV, WWF, Formula E, British Airways, EA SPORTS FC, SiriusXM and B&Q.Under Natalie’s leadership Uncommon, the studio now boasts an impressive global footprint with offices in London, New York and the Nordics, with a far wider reaching impact. The studio was awarded Ad Age’s International AOTY and were the only British studio listed as one of Fast Company’s Top 10 companies in Advertising globally.

ABOUT NATALIE
Natalie Graeme has over 20 years experience working at some of the most successful and creative agencies on the planet. Between London and Amsterdam she has run business defining relationships and strategies for global and local brands for the likes of Sony, BBC, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, The Times and many more.Natalie ran the business development machine at reputable agency Mother during one of its most prolific periods. Natalie then went on to be the Managing Director of Grey London during its most profitable and creatively awarded years in its 52-year history.
Natalie is now co-founder of Uncommon Creative Studio, alongside Nils Leonard and Lucy Jameson. She is also named one of AdAge’s Women to Watch in Europe, as well as repeatedly listed as one of the top 10 advertising suits in the UK by Campaign Magazine. Natalie is a regular advocate for entrepreneurship and female leadership, writing for titles such as Campaign, Contagious, Harper's Bazaar and speaking on panels and podcasts for the likes of Moore Kingston Smith, D&AD and Creative Review.
