This tasting will be hosted by Gabriela Moncada of Speciality, a Mexican native and expert on agave spirits. Explore the craft and tradition behind the ubiquitous spirit of Mexico and discover a world of flavour only found in this ancient tipple. If you weren’t a fan of agave before, you will be after this tasting.
It’s no surprise that Tequilas and Mezcals are a fun party drink, but they are so much more than their mainstream reputation would have you believe. The fascinating and agonisingly labour-intensive production processes encapsulate everything we love about fine artisanal spirits, and it is high time that these traditional methods are celebrated at Nickolls & Perks.
