    Description

Take a trip deep into the Highlands of Scotland with this After Hours Pour where we explore the delights of the Tomatin distillery. Following a spectacular rebirth in the 1980s after the whisky crash, the distillery reformed its approach to accommodate a changing world, reducing its capacity to focus on an even higher-quality of product; an ethos that has seen the distillery weather all subsequent storms and grow to its prominent position in the market of today.

In this tasting, guests will enjoy the recent Italian Collection from the distillery; a range of 12-year-old Tomatins matured in rich Italian red wine casks. In the second half, two experimental peated expressions - Cù Bòcan - will be on taste, featuring casks rarely seen in the whisky industry. Finally, a pour of a rare 1990 vintage of Cù Bòcan, matured in the early days of the distillery's reopening. Hosted by Scott Adamson, Blender & Global Brand Ambassador for the distillery.
