Launching in 2020, the Raasay Distillery has earned glowing repute amongst whisky fans in a relatively short period. Their whiskies are a mix of unpeated and peated mashes, fermented for a long 118 hours and slowly distilled. Their robust malt spirit is then matured across three signature casks: ex-Rye, ex-Bordeaux wine and virgin Chinquapin oak.
Descend into the historic cellars of Nickolls & Perks for an evening of Raasay whiskies, hosted by Raasay Sales Executive, Gregor Hunter. Guests will sample six expressions from across the range in the ambiance of our 16th-century cellars, a perfect setting for exploring this superb Hebridean Scotch.
