An epic club night of live African dance music from underground sensation Afriquoi mashed up with DJ club sets & live instruments.

Afriquoi are bringing their uplifting fusion of African music and live electronics to Cobalt this December, fusing Congolese guitar + Gambian kora virtuosity with UK electronic sensibilities to create captivating, beautiful, dancefloor-friendly new music for a new generation of world music fans with one foot in the clubs.

With a cult global fanbase & they’re loved by fans of African and electronic music alike. Their afro-house tunes have become favourites in clubs all over the world and they’re at home on major stages such as Glastonbury, WOMAD, Dimensions, Fusion, Boomtown, Shambala, Bestival, Secret Garden Party and more…

Who better to complete this line up than Newcastles own party bringers Kancho Club 🎷(Benjamin Fitzgerald, Thomas Dixon) with their afro, latin, disco, house party Dj sets that incorporate live sax & percussion, this is going to be one club night you don’t want to miss!
