Session 1: Lightroom Mobile — Advanced Editing & Masking
Advanced techniques with masking, combination masking, and relighting

You’ll learn to:

• Build precision masks (subject/sky/object) and refine them for clean, natural selections
• Create combination masks for nuanced control (stacking + intersecting adjustments for “targeted magic”)
• Use relighting techniques to reshape mood, depth, and attention—without overcooking the image
• Develop a repeatable advanced workflow for speed, consistency, and style across a full shoot

Session 2: Photoshop on Mobile — The “Why,” Layers, and Compositing Power  Why Photoshop belongs in a mobile workflow; layers, compositing, and Generative Expand

You’ll learn to:

• Understand the core “why Photoshop”: when LR is perfect—and when PS is the right tool
• Work with layers and layer-based thinking on mobile for flexible, non-destructive builds
• Composite images cleanly: blend elements, control edges, and make pieces feel like they belong together
• Use Generative Expand to extend frames, fix tight crops, and create layout-friendly compositions

Session 3: Third-Party Apps — Creative Boosters + A Complete Mobile Pipeline  Third-party apps and how to combine them with LR + PS

You’ll learn to:

• Choose the right third-party tools for specific creative goals (light, atmosphere, type, texture, finishing)
• Add believable lighting effects and atmosphere that enhance your story without looking “stickered on”
• Build a seamless LR → PS → 3rd-party → final output workflow that stays organized and efficient
• Create a consistent “look” using cross-app finishing techniques for portfolio-level results

Lisa Carney is a high-end retoucher, photographer, and educator with over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry. Known for her bold, cinematic aesthetic and fast, professional workflows, Lisa has worked with top-tier clients including Apple, Netflix, CBS, Showtime, Disney, and Paramount. Her work spans movie posters, streaming campaigns, editorial, and high-end commercial photography.

A graduate of Art Center College of Design, Lisa brings a photographer’s eye to every pixel she touches. She is a featured speaker at Adobe MAX, CreativePro, and Photoshop World, and is an Adobe Community Expert. Passionate about mobile creativity, she specializes in teaching Lightroom Mobile and Photoshop for fast, artistic edits on the go.
