Lightroom Classic is an extremely popular photo management, enhancement, and publishing program that is fully integrated with Adobe Creative Cloud.
For the past decade, I've been assisting other photographers in their workflows within Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, sprinkled with a little bit of Photoshop know-how.

Why is there a charge for this event when it used to be free?
Unfortunately, tickets for past events have been reserved by competitors, individuals with no intention of attending, and automated bots, preventing genuine attendees from securing a spot. I have raised these concerns with event platforms, and we are working on a long-term solution to address these issues.
In the meantime, to discourage misuse and ensure that seats are available for those who truly wish to learn skills within Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, I have introduced a nominal £1 charge. This small fee helps verify that you are a real person and genuinely interested in attending the session.
If you're a member of my Lightroom support community, you will receive your invite as normal and no additional cost is incurred.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Adobe Lightroom Skills : Managing your images tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Adobe Lightroom Skills : Managing your images tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
