    Description

Accessible, neuroscience informed mindfulness - for anyone who's ever struggled with traditional meditation practices.

This is event is on a 'pay what you can afford' basis, from £0-£20 don't let money stop you from coming along to try something new!

This workshop is led by Jessica Andexer, a qualified psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher with over 20 years experience in the field of mental health.

She'll be using her extensive knowledge of the neurobiology of stress, distress, anxiety and neurotype differences to deliver an experience of mindfulness that offers lots of alternative ways to practice coming into mindful presence.

The hacks and tools taught will include some gentle movement, eye movement, breathwork and will be neuroscience informed. There will also be little bits of information dropped in throughout, to give you some ideas of what tools might work when and for whom.

This workshop is a space that welcomes everyone, it is led by a practitioner who is trauma-informed, neurodivergent aware (and neurodivergent herself!) is for beginners, those who've felt mindfulness was not for them, confusing, overwhelming or causing feelings of disconnection. This is also a space for anyone who just wants to try something a little bit different.
