Dinner at the Bridgend Hotel is among the finest dining on Islay. With 5 courses named The Shore, The River, The Woodland, The Hill and Westerin’ Home, each paired with the finest and rarest drams from Douglas Laing’s Single Cask selection, this evening promises truly a delicious dinner and genuinely wonderful Whiskies.

The Shore: Start with a delicious seafood appetiser of Scallop, Oyster, Crab Claw and Seaweed. Paired with Provenance Jura 8 Years Old.

The River: Your "River" themed starter dish includes Salmon, Cress and Fennel. Paired with Old Particular Laphroaig 18 Years Old.

The Woodland: For your third course, you'll enjoy Woodcock with Woodland Mushroom, Litchen, and Wild Garlic. Paired with XOP Bowmore 25 Years Old.

The Hill: Your second meat dish includes Venison, Berries, Herbs, Roots and Shoots.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
