The New Year brings with it this new vegetarian pop up venture hosted by Sprig.
This dinner will feature an inspiring 5 course vegetarian (and actually vegan!!) tasting menu courtesy of Sprig. The dinner will be hosted in a cool, little venue on Holloway road.
The chef behind this new venture is Peter Pickering, who has worked at some of the best restaurants in the country, including the opening of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and the Chiltern Firehouse. He has created a fun, interesting, slightly quirky vegetarian menu for the launch of this new pop up concept.
Roasted cauliflower, kale, romesco
Salted and pickled vegetables, chervil emulsion
Chestnut mushroom and spinach filo, wilted gem lettuce, soy and mirin
Turnip, radish and orange
White chocolate porridge, coconut and almonds
Please arrive by 19:30 for a welcome drink; dinner will follow shortly after, by 8pm.
