Prepare for unlike anything you have experienced.
a guided journey that will soften, and nurture the art of feeling. Feeling and expanding your creative expression. Breathe, move, open and receive. We will begin with foundational breathwork practices and then flow into a set of Kundalini postures. All in preparation to be bathed by a sound healing that takes things to new heights. As you soften, you'll open, expand, and come into your softness.
We are so used to showing up with hardened heavy layers, this experience invites you to discard some of those layers, soften, let go, and allow yourself to come into the fullness of yourself.
LET US INTRODUCE YOU TO OUR SOFT PRACTITIONERS:
Isabella Ludlum is a Kundalini Yoga practitioner, community worker, and Co-facilitator of @nurturing.me. Passionate in sharing the healing teachings of kundalini yoga asana & meditation within community spaces. Working with organisations that support refugees & asylum seekers, community centres & women’s collectives. Her works aim to make yoga more accessible & create a nurturing healing environment.
Maeve Moayedi is a singer, sound, and visual artist who merges ambient electronic textures, soul and jazz into soundscapes of nature field recordings that she collects on her outdoor explorations. She will be creating a sonic space with live vocals and organic electronics within the hour of our cocoon, with the intention to hold, nurture, release and feel in an immersive space and sonic bath.
asoftwoman - Model, ceremonialist, healing practitioner, and activist. Leah Abraham founded @nurturing.me as an intentional safe space for the art, and practice of softening. An experience of coming into full presence and intimacy with our emotional world, she has led soft sxster circles/ monthly cucoon experiences as a practice of connecting womxn back to nurturance. She can be found at @iamsoftsea.

I have not received my A SOFTENING ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your A SOFTENING tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your A SOFTENING tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my A SOFTENING ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
