Join Shelf Help Club founder Toni Jones and her co-host Fran Bailey to celebrate the end of January with a Mindful Mixer featuring fabulous company, delicious food, (booze-free) cocktails and inspiring chat about the pros and pros of a hangover-free life.
Mindful drinking, sober curious, on the wagon, total abstinence… the trend for drinking less is on the rise, and whatever your take on it (and whatever your reasons for wanting to do it) it’s a movement we want to be part of, a conversation we think we should be having and a conversation to be had over the city’s most stylish zero-proof drinks and healthy food at the shiny NEW Redemption alcohol-free bar and restaurant in Covent Garden.
