Neal Heard is the author of The Football Shirts Book. His recent exhibition The Art of the Football Shirt - hosted with premium menswear platform Jacket Required - is due to start a global tour later this year.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
