As part of this year’s Festival of Learning, leading wine education body, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), will be hosting a food and wine pairing taster session at Côte Brasserie in Brighton this June. The taster session invites wine lovers to brush up on their knowledge over a glass or two.
Providing a sneak peek of what to expect from a Level One or Two WSET course, guests will leave feeling more confident about their next encounter with a restaurant wine list or supermarket aisle. Practical skills, such as what to look for in a grape variety, and what wine to pair with different foods, will be covered, as well as the basics of how to taste.
Guests that attend the WSET and Côte tastings will receive a 10% discount on a Level One Award in Wines at Sussex Wine School.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
