Spirituality & Connection Program to Empower Your Relationship

The hardest bit about being in a woman to woman relationship is that she is your best friend so when things start to go wrong or you’ve had an argument, suddenly you’ve lost the person you would usually speak to about this stuff, which can feel overwhelming and leave you feeling a little lost and spiritually disconnected from who you are.

You would love to spend more quality time with your partner but fitting that time into your already busy lives sometimes leaves you feeling like you are being taken for granted or feeling unwanted.

You’ve always longed for a deep spiritual connection with your partner that will grow and nurture your relationship but life always seems to get in the way, whether it’s work, children, family or other situations that need dealing with, which have become more important than your spiritual relationship.

You know you love her and your desire for both of you to come from the same place in that love is so strong, you want to do everything you can to nurture it.

It’s A Challenge

Maybe you’ve already tried counseling or couples therapy and you didn’t really feel like they got you and left you feeling even more misunderstood than before. Unfortunately when you are seeking help or counseling, predominately those therapists and counselors are straight and therefore do not have a great insight into what makes women who love women, tick.

You may have even tried some tantric workshops but because these mainly cater to heterosexual couples, and not lesbians or bi-sexuals, you have both felt out of place and uncomfortable in the workshop environment and wished that there was something catering just for you.

Many people in your situation would feel frustrated at being unable to connect to a path that would suit both of you and nurture your needs together, so that you can grow strong in your partnership.

You may have even tried doing regular connection or tantric exercises with your partner and found that after a week or two, you are just not doing them anymore and life has got in the way of connection once again. Despite your best intentions there are many reasons the exercises you have tried may not have worked to get your more spiritually connected to your partner including not having someone to check in with, not making time and not feeling held in that spiritual place for longer than a weekend.

It’s normal to feel frustrated, misunderstood and disconnected when all around you, people are making you feel different from the norm and ostracised from the places and people that might be able to help.

Supporting You

I have been with my wife for nearly 14 years and we are just approaching our 10 year wedding anniversary in August. We have a very loving relationship now, but over the years we have struggled with challenges that have wobbled our foundations and made us question ‘us’.

We spent time learning what it was to work with the energy and spirituality of our relationship and developed a deep understanding of who we are together and how this makes our lives more beautiful together. We did not find this out from others but from working within the spirituality that we both shared, that of shamanism and the healing energies.

It is this journey with my partner that has led me to create this programme especially for women like you, so you would not have to take this journey alone, but have the opportunity to share and grow in spirituality together in a supported and safe environment.

This programme is designed to hold you in a spiritual, sacred space that will nurture your relationship, deepen your connection to each other and strengthen your bond of love.

Over 3 months we will explore together what makes you both tick, what is missing for each of you and what tools you can use to create growth and a new path forward.

The Adventure Begins

Your Couples Adventure starts at the Weekend Workshop.

This is an intensive weekend exploring the energy of your relationship, discover what makes you both tick and seeing what’s holding you both back from fully connecting to each other.

During the weekend we will be:

~ Clearing blockages to growth in your relationship
~ Awakening your inner spirituality both individually and as a couple
~ Experiencing energy awakenings and flow through your body
~ Re-discovering intimacy and deep connection with your partner
~ Honouring each other for who you are and who you are not
~ Knowing your worth within the relationship and honour this together
~ Taking part in a ceremonial blessing of your relationship

Following this there are 3 x 1 hour skype/phone Support Sessions to keep you on track and passionate about your journey together.

These Support Sessions will take place over the 3 months after the workshop and during these sessions we will be:

~ We will be continuing with the exercises and renew your commitment to them
~ We will introduce new, more personal practices for you and your partner to continue growing together
~ We will remove any blocks that have come up after the workshop
~ We will continue to empower and strengthen your relationship together giving you the time and space to communicate

You will also recieve an MP3 recording of the exercises and tools given on the weekend so that you can continue to grow your relationship in strength, spirituality, connection and love, far into the future.

Bringing You Connection & Empowerment

I want to live in a world where we (women who love women) are all accepted and understood. Where we don’t have to hide who we are or feel uncomfortable about our choice of sexuality. Where we can get support and seek help, when and where we need it and not be made to stand out when we want to fit in. Where we can all love fully and express ourselves openly and this is the norm.

I have over 10 years experience of teaching, healing and working with women, from all walks of life, supporting, nurturing and connecting them into their journey.

I am a qualified shamanic healer and teacher, reiki master, violet fire master, seichem master, crystal healer, sound healer, aromatherapist and reflexologist, and have spent many years teaching psychic developement, training healers, walking in tune with nature and the earth energies, and channelling my spirit guides to gain greater wisdom and connection.

So now I am bringing some of the tools, exercises and energy connections together in the creation of this programme, just for ‘women who love women’ to fully open, explore and connect spiritually with each other whilst held in a sacred space.
