    This online 6 Week Mindfulness and Nutrition for Stress Course will give you a powerful set of tools to combat stress, anxiety, emotional trauma, negative thinking, depression and more.

    Before the end of this online 6 week Mindfulness and Nutrition for Stress training, you will feel calmer, more balanced, more resilient and happier.

    You will learn powerful mindfulness skills that you can easily fit into your schedule throughout the day, as well as more formal meditations, which will help ground you and enable you to cope with daily challenges.

    This course draws on key practices from (MBSR) Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction & (MBCT) Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, which have been scientifically proven to combat stress, anxiety and depression.

    You will learn about the impact your diet has on stress and anxiety and how you can eat to calm your nervous system and promote wellness.

    You will also learn key supplements, herbs and essential oils which can boost your mood and well-being, calming your body and mind down.
