The course is open to everybody and absolutely no prior experience is required.

This 4 weeks course is perfect for anyone who is interested in authentic vocal expression.
You will learn specific yoga positions that encourage you to move your voice and breath towards freedom, allowing you to discover more expressive voice. You will transfer this new vocal power into a healthy voice that has greater vocal flexibility and is fully supported by the whole body.
This technique will help you to increase your energy, release muscle tension and stress we hold on to, improve concentration and support your creativity.
By the end of each session you will have a specific outcome in the form of a personalised practice.

What to expect?
Each session will start with relaxation - to rest your mind, breath and body; follow up with muscles, breath and voice warm-ups. Main part of every session is a sequence of specially designed postures that are accompanied by unique guidelines that support your breathing, sounding and voice exploration of your own piece.
There is no previous experience necessary. We all have an access for adopting this approach

For cancellations received until Sunday, 21st February, an admin fee of £25/£23 is retained. After that the full price is due.
To Move with Voice project integrates specific yoga positions with contemporary vocal techniques that focus on exploring inner resonance and developing the power and full expression of the human voice. This project aims to support anyone who would like to develop their voice and ability to sing and communicate with greater authenticity.
