Description

Do you need a First Aid certificate?

This 1 day Emergency First Aid course will equip you to deal with the most common First Aid emergencies. It goes above and beyond the requirements set out in the HSE syllabus for the 1 day course so you can be assured that whether you are doing this for your own personal education, as an employee of a company or as an employer your needs will be catered for with up to date, realistic training provided by paramedics.

The course will cover:

- Scene & casualty assessment / legislation / completion of accident forms

- The unconscious casualty

- CPR & Choking - Including defibrillator (AED) use

- Seizures

- Head Injuries

- Burns

- Minor injuries

- Shock

- Anaphylaxis

You'll get lunch included as well as refreshments throughout the day. Assessment is done throughout the day along with a knowledge check and practical scenario at the end of the day.

As you'll be taught by Paramedics you'll also have the chance to ask about anything else you might want to know during the day.

You will receive a certificate (valid for 3 years) a comprehensive manual and a CPR keyring on successful completion of the course.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.   • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
