We’ve teamed up with 4 grassroots collectives to bring you a genre-blending, soul-lifting fundraiser, with 4 different sounds, 1 dance floor, and 1 powerful cause at the heart of it all 💃🏽🕺🏽
This isn’t just a party. This fundraiser supports a grassroots martial arts project in a Brazilian favela that offers an alternative. Giving kids the skills and support to choose a better path. In a place where life can be tough and resources are limited, this project offers something steady. It teaches discipline, confidence, and resilience. I have not received my 1 Dance 1 Cause ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your 1 Dance 1 Cause tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your 1 Dance 1 Cause tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my 1 Dance 1 Cause ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
