This refreshed design prioritizes clarity, ensuring that all key event details—like start time, location, and more—are presented in a clean and easy-to-read format. This change helps eliminate any uncertainty for your attendees, providing them with all the information they need at a glance. The goal? To ensure a smoother event experience for everyone involved.
Send SMS to Your Ticket Buyers: Stay Connected
Effective communication is the backbone of successful event management, and our new SMS feature empowers you to connect with your attendees in real-time. Whether you’re sending crucial updates or promotional messages, SMS provides a direct and immediate way to reach your audience.
What Can You Use SMS For?
- Event Notifications
Inform attendees about last-minute changes, like schedule updates or venue adjustments.
Example: “The event starts 1 hour earlier. Check your ticket for details.” - Remarketing Campaigns
Re-engage previous attendees and promote upcoming events.

How It Works
- Log into your Billetto account and navigate to the Promote section. From there, you can create, customize, and send SMS campaigns.
- SMS messages are short and concise, with a 200-character limit to keep your communication clear and impactful.
- Currently, SMS campaigns are available for audiences in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
Pricing and Limits
- SMS pricing starts at 1.5 DKK per message in Denmark, 2 NOK in Norway, and 2 SEK in Sweden.
- Monthly limits apply to ensure quality communication: unverified accounts can send up to 150 SMS messages, while verified accounts can send up to 5,000. Need more? Contact our support team for custom limits.
